Today we have a Guest Post from one of our Tony Buzan Licensed Instructors, with some news on his latest adventures in spreading Tony Buzan’s lifelong goal of Global Mental Literacy. And, just like the university students featured recently in Massimiliano’s guest post, another great audience to deliver this message to! This is really putting Tony’s legacy into practice.

MIND MAPPING GOES ON RETREAT

At a retreat in Tuscany, Italy in July this year, Tariq Juneja – London Mind Mapper flew out and delivered two days of Mind Mapping Practitioner Training to all the participants of the retreat – coaches, healers, yoga teachers and therapists

Tariq introduced the Mind Mapping Theory and Jevon Dangeli Transpersonal Coach discussed the human neural connections and the rewiring of the dendritic connections in the brain.

Tarig focused on the Mind Mapping applications for coaches in the following areas.

  • Using Mind Maps like a “Swiss Army Knife” for the brain and resolving immediate crisis and issues.
  • Using Mind Maps to clarify and create Action Maps in all the main domains eg Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical and Interpersonal.
  • To integrate the Tony Buzan Mind Map into the Integrated Coaching Programme.

The second part of the training was very practical. the participants drew incredible awe-inspiring, colourful Mind Maps taking inspiration from the theme of being on a retreat.

There was plenty of lively debate fostering creativity and a very high level of team building. the next retreat is set for August 2019.
